Chatham HomeSchool comes up short on the road against New Life Camp

Chatham HomeSchool kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They suffered a rough 14-4 loss at the hands of the New Life Camp Storm.

For New Life Camp’s part, Ethan WIndley made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (he also didn’t allow any walks). WIndley has been consistent recently: he hasn’t given up a single walk in three consecutive pitching appearances. WIndley was also solid in the batter’s box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Chatham HomeSchool didn’t take long to hit the field again: they’ve already played their next game, a 19-4 win vs. Lee Christian on the 21st. New Life Camp will take on Cary Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
